- DAY 2 - MAY 25 041 > Our first Ewok Hut waiting for it's broom bristles roofing to be glued tomorrow..

- DAY 2 - MAY 25 042 > The day has now ended and the announcement for the fans to leave the convention floor has come. And just look at ALL that was made in just this FIRST FULL DAY !!! It just blew my mind.

- DAY 2 - MAY 25 043 > The amount of trees made were so much MORE than expected we had to create not only a second drying area...

- DAY 2 - MAY 25 044 > But a THIRD area along the outskirts of our booth. These trees are all identified with tags and the fans will continue their builds tomorrow and add some platforms and bridges if they want to. And just look at the SIZE of the TREES they are massive almost as tall as this woman. This is where you can see the clear advantage of building such a massive diorama at a convention, I don't think most of us have the space at home for such a feat 🙂

- DAY 2 - MAY 25 045 > Looking at some of the imaginative work close up... Here are a few trees that have the start of their spirall platforms attached to them. Tomorrow will come the railings and the hut additions.

- DAY 2 - MAY 25 046 > Hahahaha genius !!! Someone had built a ladder leading from the ground up to his platform top. Well I guess that makes sense since the Ewoks havd to get up there somehow 🙂 But how great is this that someone decided to build this using their own imagination without my direct instructions, That is what gives me great joy at the show. If you made this and recognize your work, please leave a comment on your experience.

- DAY 2 - MAY 25 047 > Ahh, I spotted the first completed Ewok Hut. Complete with broom bristles roofing. I really love it and can't wait till tomorrow when I see how the other fans create their own. Day 2 (first full day of building) I consider a HUGE SUCCESS. Bravo to all who participated !!! Frank.
