- When I saw this I just knew I have to do a Dagobah diorama at some point. Even if it would house only 2 figures and an X-Wing 🙂 OK 3 with Vader in the Tree 🙂
- This was HUGE but SO movie accurate, it's just beautifull beyond words. When the day comes for me to make my own, I will surely have to use Steven's work as a stepping stone.
- A closer look at the swamp. Hasbro's Luke figure was just made for a display like this. I hope Hasbro is seeing this.
- A peak inside Yoda's Hutt. Miniature lights create real magic for your dioramas
- Not to be outdone, and back from popular demand after blowing fans away at CII, is Eric Plummer's Tantive IV Hallway. Is it movie or Diorama? Simply jaw dropping. Imagine Hasbro Playset like this? Hello ??? anyone paying attention over there? 😀
- I didn't want repeat Dioramas from CII, but since the Tantive is in Episode III, and that this scene is just too gorgeous, I knew I had to ask Eric if he could bring it back.
- Another good friend from CII and terrific Diorama Builder is Jamie Follis. I just KNEW I had to ask him to display in public some of his fantastic masterpieces. Here is Luke's Garage from Episode IV. I LOVE IT !!!!
- This was also brought back at Celebration VI Return to Tatooine workshop and someone actually tried to steal it from the diorama display. Jaimie caught the dude just in time and was able to get it back.
- Another Visitor, and long time friend of NiubNiub from the very first year online, is Kris Van de Sande and his friend Stijn Creten. I was very happy that he was able to bring his Padawan Training Diorama all the way from Belgium.
- Another angle shows us Yoda entering with Obi Wan.
- Another one of my dioramas that I brought with me was the Gungan Sacred Palace.
- Done very simply, with grass poster paper and some plastic leaves from Wal-Mart.
- The self diorama still allowed me to place my plaster copies of the Sacred Heads I sculpted but at one point I want to do this diorama justice in a Deluxe form.
- Our heroes enter the Sacred Place to converse with Boss Nass. I think the cameraman from the Batman TV show took this photo LOL.
- A nice backdrop for the figures to live in.
- A fan favourite for picture taking was Jamie's Jabba's Palace. So many detail make this piece truly movie accurate and jamie's favourite he ever made.
- The photo is a little fuzzy, phone cameras back then were not as good as today.
- Jabba's Palace is such a fan fave, it sure got lots of photos taken during the week and on my TOP 5 TO DO diorama list. One day...
