Happy Star Wars day everybody – May the 4th be with you – a good excuse as any to dig up one of the most FUN videos I ever created.
.

Many of you know by now I worked as a compositor in movies at various companies in my career including a small one you may have heard of ILM 😛 Here is a glimpse of what I did for a living before I retired in 2017. It was for my Christmas Party, it was a joke video to make my friends laugh and for me at the same time, to learn NUKE software for the job.  I filmed myself on greenscreen, learned all the lines, correct face angles, and then used Nuke to track my head with Wicket’s and using roto mattes insert my face into the hood. It took me about 1 week, I had a lot of fun doing it. I hope you will enjoy and give you a chuckle as it does to me and my friends who were peeing in their pants at the Christmas party 🙂

To my fellow colleagues and friends in Montreal, miss you guys, heres a great flashback for what was one of the best parties I ever had. 🙂 Frank.
