• Good day everyone, sorry for the lag in diary updates, I have been so busy with my aunt’s estate, real life takes over, I am meeting with my accountant this week, and once all this is completed, I can concentrate 100% on prepping the show and doing a LOT of posts and videos. It should be all very exciting. . One thing that was SUPER COOL is that I finally got the GREEN LIGHT to let the public know about the BIG BIG secret about our Star Wars Celebration booth this year, Vanna Diorio is sharing with you all today that FANTASY FLIGHT GAMES and Diorama Workshop are joining forces to bring you a whole new experience at the show… .
• This means that fans will be using the Star Wars LEGION products to build Scarif. From palm Trees to painting your own figures that you get to PLAY WITH if you so chose to do so. It’s the first time that fans will be able to use our building techniques and plans to create table top gaming experiences at home after the show. • Bonjour les amis, Had a MORE than AMAZING face to face meeting with our TOP SECRET friends yesterday morning to discuss a bunch of important topics for the Star Wars Celebration Diorama Builders booth. You guys will be BLOWN AWAY. I can’t wait till this is announced so I can talk about and share just how excited I am and how this whole “shhhhhh” topic is a MAJOR GAME CHANGER for us. I am keeping fingers crossed for beginning of Februray. . .
• Things will be a little slow for 2-3 days as I am dealing with my aunts estate reports. As executor of her will, I have to do spreadsheets of all her banking from 2007-2018. Painfull. Would rather be doing dioramas for sure. I’m hoping by thursday this will be done. Then my accountant is coming on the 17th for an intense week of doublechecking everything, so that week will be pretty much on hold as well. After that though, my duties will be 95% done and I can concentrate fully on regular updates leading up to the convention. Have a great day everyone. Chat soon… Frank. . .

• Good day everyone, ready for the weekend ? I just uploaded the illustration in a NEW POST : BATTLE OF SCARIF TABLE LAYOUT. It may look like minecraft now but when completed, will be AMAZING. Check it out. . • Today I am making final overlay graphic designs for my OBS software. Once completed, I will be able to watermark my brand on top of the video screens and allow me to start LIVE on my YouTube ChannelFLY ON THE WALL SPY CAM videos showing you a real time “making of” for the actual edited video that will be posted for eternity 🙂 I am hoping to start filming these next week with topics like Designing Build Options, Scarif References, Photoshop tricks on how to make the convention artwork just to name a few. .

• Oh what a day 🙂 I did some math today to figure out the numbers for our still TOP SECRET part of our Battle of Scarif Diorama Builders workshop 2019. It is looking SOOO COOL. I wanted to film it live but I can’t show you certain specific items yet, I CAN show you the prototype designs though starting next week, I’d like to do a few LIVE FLY ON THE WALL – Spy Cam videos, having you watch me film some YouTube content about the show. I have about a week worth of free time before life’s real life takes over for a little while on the 16th. . •SOOOOO much FUN with OBS. How did I stumble on this, I don’t even remember, but it’s cool to play with and will make even the LIVE STREAMS look more interesting. EVEN Counting the Fugure videos 😛 LOL. I am working on the Photoshop graphics that overlay the camera footage and hopefully that is done on the weekend. Exciting !!! . .

Ironed out some important details about next year’s STAR WARS CELEBRATION 9 BATTLE OF SCARIF Diorama Builders workshop, including the booth’s layout, build choices, painting master classes and some IMPORTANT surprises I can’t YET talk about. Oh yeah, we also chatted about how we are gonna put the Volunteers to good use – YES – you just heard me say it 🙂 For the FIRST TIME we will be having applications for volunteers to come help the crew run the booth with us. Sweet SWAG bags full of TOP SECRET goodies will be your rewards 🙂 Stay tuned later in the month for more details on how to apply. . • Oh yeah, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE !!!!
