This scene was part of my Phase 2 Dioramas, this scene in a box is where I started to make them look closer to the movie sets but still compact enough to be placed on the 14″ deep shelves of my basement diorama room. I still used dollar store materials (which I still do today) but tried to spend more time using movie stills and magazine, book references to get the look closer without going too crazy. X
The main memory I have of this scene is how I wish I had a color printer LOL I mean just look at those decals LOL. This was one of my first attemps to use movie stills to try and get the look of the set and still fit on a box shelf. I one day want to tackle this in a gorgeous super deluxe version with both sides of the pits and full windows, maybe with a crashed A wing through the front 😛 X
