This scene was part of my Phase 2 Dioramas, this scene in a box is where I started to make them look closer to the movie sets but still compact enough to be placed on the 14″ deep shelves of my basement diorama room. I still used dollar store materials (which I still do today) but tried to spend more time using movie stills and magazine, book references to get the look closer without going too crazy. X
The main memory I have of this scene is that this box was DAMN HUGE for just 3 action figures LOL. The height of the core made it look really cool but the platforms were too small to look exactly like the movie. With today’s LED technology this scene can look really cool with lit neon tubes. A to re-do diorama for sure in the near future. X
