production celebration II COMPLETED DIORAMA DAY THREE
Welcome to the OFFICIAL Star Wars Celebration II Mos Eisley Diorama Builders workshop site featuring my EXCLUSIVE CREW COVERAGE not seen anywhere else on the web.
.
The one that started it all…
.
A little convention arts and crafts test that Mary Franklin at Lucasfilm allowed me to produce and organise way back in 2002. I was 38 and had dabbled in dioramas for a couple of years already and my first site NiubNiubsUniverse.com but nothing prepared me for the adventure that was to come and BECOME a staple for more than 20 years and counting ?
.
SORRY for the LOW QUALITY of some of the images, they are from mixed medium including early pre-HD video stills. If only we had today’s tech back then ?
.
The thumbnail gallery below shows you ALL of the images found in the HD GALLERY. If you want to view the photos in FULL SIZE, please click on the blue button link below to warp to the HD PAGES that include the full size HD IMAGES as well as my PERSONAL COMMENTARY description for each photo. Pages are divided into blocks of 20 imagess. Use the < GO BACK 20 and GO NEXT 20 > blue buttons to navigate the convention gallery. If you have any questions or confused, you can email me dioramaworkshop.com@gmail.com. Enjoy. Frank.

LOOKING BACK…
FRANK: This was the FIRST and because of all of you guys, not the last. I was lucky to return to EVERY USA Celebration ever since and retired from the production side this year. 20 is a nice round number 🙂 My core team is taking over those duties, so you are in good hands for the diorama continuing adventures.

There were MANY more EXTREMELY talented people who helped create this unique piece of ART. Sadly, not everyone had 3 day passes and could come by for Sunday’s group photo. Here are the artists who were with us at Sunday Noon. Not all names are in the photo, but JUST as important…I just hope I didn’t forget anyone.
