Celebration 9 YouTube FRANK’S DIARIES ARCHIVE : BOOTH SET UP DAY 2

Hey everyone, Welcome to the 2nd OFFICIAL CREW COVERAGE  video from our STAR WARS CELEBRATION BATTLE OF SCARIF Diorama Builders workshop we did in Chicago last month.

I am happy to continue sharing all of my photo and videos I took at our booth last April 2019 in Chicago. I will be releasing the material on the same days they were taken to sort of make you re-experience, or have a feel, of what it was like for me and the crew (for the days of set up) and the fans who attended to have been there with us during the BATTLE of SCARIF Diorama Builders workshop.

Today’s video is a compilation of ALL the Facebook LIVE DIARY broadcasts I did at our booth on the WEDNESDAY – DAY 2 BOOTH SET UP. Your perfect opportunity to see just what happens and what it takes to get the workshop ready for the public later in the week. This day is exciting and stressfull at the same time because the next day, the public arrives and we have to have EVERYTHING set up and ready to operate, It’s cool that I got the chance with today’s technology to finally give you proper day before behind the scenes preview from the show floor.

You will notice that on some videos that were filmed in the middle of the day while the public was there, the wi-fi signals just DIED or were SO LOW (due to 40,000 fans trying to share live at the same time) that the quality just dropped to almost unwatchable ATARI 1077 graphics quality LOL. So I appologise ahead of time for when it get all fuzzy, but I thought better to put it and archive the experience than not put it at all. The sound is still there so it’s not all bad 🙂 Good news is that the broadcasts done early in the day and at the end of night recaps when the hall was cleared are actually pretty decent. If you wonder why the framing is small and vertical, those are unfortunately Facebook’s only option when filming live. I did take Sony Camcoder HD video as well, so you WILL see in a later videos, the Scarif Diorama in ALL it’s HD glory.

Also note… now that the show is over, once all the photos and videos will be posted,  I will be starting to upload the ACTUAL BLUEPRINTS, MAKING OF, DECALS that were used at the show, so that you can continue your build at home, or for those who could not attend the convention, experience what the fans did last month in Chicago. Stay tuned, it’s gonna be a fun summer.
